Weed.de lists pharmacies from all over Germany. The benefit for patients is they can easily, using our interactive search and interactive map, identify pharmacies and consult their product list. With this enabling pharmacies to reach and educate clients on their location and stock.

Reserve products

No more complicated forms, telephone calls, or time constraints. You can use our simple and effective reservation guide, to reserve your prescribed medicine in just 4 easy steps. The pharmacies are immediately notified, and can with just a simple click of a button confirm your reservation request.

Identify and reserve
Use our product list or pharmacy list to search, filter and identify your product and start the reservation guide.

Upload BtM recipe
Upload a picture or scan of your original prescription so the pharmacy can confirm that the medication you need is in stock.

Choose between pickup or delivery
You can tell the pharmacy if choose to deliver the products to you or if you want to pick them up yourself.

Follow the live status
You can follow the status of your reservation request live on your personal reservation page. You’ll benefit from live status updates and notification, that help streamline the process.

Delivery

If you want your prescribed medication to be delivered by a pharmacy, certain requirements must be met. If the pharmacy confirmed your reservation, you will be required to send in your original prescription via Post to the pharmacy. A personnel of the pharmacy will validate the original prescription and then the delivery can commence.

In accordance with the principle of personal responsibility under Section 7 of the Pharmacy Act, the pharmacy is primarily responsible for the ordering process. Our Reservation Guide serves only as an orientation and information tool and is not a party to the process.

Pharmacies have a duty to advise patients and may not deliver by courier if personal information or advice from a pharmacist is necessary to ensure safe use of the drug.

What happens with my data from the reservation guide?

If you’ve completed the reservation guide without being logged in as a user, your data will be automatically deleted from our database as soon as the pharmacy marks your reservation closed. If you’re using our website as a logged in user, your reservation is saved in your dashboard and you can choose to keep or delete the data with immediate effect!

Do I need an original prescription from a doctor?

Yes, an original prescription from a licensed doctor or physician is required in every case.

Who provides the medicine? The pharmacy or Weed.de?

Weed.de is only acting as a platform operator and is not itself a contractual partner for the delivery of any products. A purchase contract for a drug may only be concluded between the respective pharmacy and the patient after pharmaceutical verification of the order by the pharmacy.

How is the medicine delivered?

The dispatch of drugs (including narcotics) is possible in two ways: either for a pharmacy with a mail order license (Versandhandelserlaubnis) according to Section 11a ApoG or for pharmacies by way of courier service according to Section 17 para. 2 sent. 1 Pharmacy Operations Regulation (Apothekenbetriebsordnung, “ApBetrO”).
